- Coaching with Saloni has helped me immensely, mainly to focus on the influence that I had in each situation and empowered me to create small, realistic targets towards larger goals. Part of the process was to decide on what steps to take and this in itself helped me to clarify what exactly I wanted.
Another benefit was to be able to talk through challenges, step back and see them from a different perspective.
